I appreciated the thoughtful questions to start our session this week! Keep them coming! I saw impressive progress from your first to second responses and I'm excited to see another leap this week.
Keep in mind that the structure of your exam response is not the time to get creative. The structure should be clear and easy for your professor to understand quickly. One nice way to accomplish this is to break your rule into multiple elements and then structure your Application section around whether each element is satisfied. So, the first paragraph of your Application section could start "Here, the first factor is/is not satisfied..." Then, the next paragraph (or a subsequent paragraph if your first-factor analysis stretches over multiple paragraphs) could start "The second factor is/is not satisfied..." I'm not opposed to changing the words around a bit, but it's much more important that you adopt a structure that is coherent and makes sure you cover all relevant issues in a logical way.
Keep up the great work!
